SHIPPING

We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only. Flat rate of $8.95 for shipping on all orders within New Zealand. All items are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving your order, unless your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or placed during a sale period. Couriers does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a postal address that is valid at time of checkout. 

After ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. 

If your gift message has a birthday wishes, we will place a “wait don’t open until your birthday” sticker on the gift box automatically and aim for early or on time.

DELIVERY TIMES

We will always endeavour to have your gift delivered on the day requested. The delivery normally takes between 3 - 5 business days, depending on location. Although we’d love to guarantee a delivery date, unfortunately couriers can not guarantee the exact time your gift will be delivered.

We recommend you supply the recipient’s phone number, if possible to assist with delivery queries. If you have a special delivery requirements please tell us in the delivery instructions box during checkout. 

TRACKING ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with the tracking details. If any issues arise, please contact us via email at hello@thoughtfulgifting.co.nz

FOR HIGH VOLUME ORDERS:

Dispatch can take up to 7-14 days for large orders (20+ gift boxes). We will email you directly about this confirming the exact timeframe, or you can contact us before you place your order on hello@thoughtfulgifting.co.nz

RETURNS

Thoughtful Gifting is proud of the care and love that goes into creating each gift box. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know at hello@thoughtfulgifting.co.nz as soon as possible. 

We would be at happy to work with you on a resolution. so that arrangements can be made for the gift box to be returned and either replaced or refunded. The goods must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
