Can I buy individual products?

Yes, you can buy individual items or create gift boxes from the design your own section. Please note that for individual items these will be placed in protective wrap and placed directly in courier bag.

Do you deliver to rural NZ addresses?

Yes.

What is your current turn-around time?

We are currently operating at 1-2 business days. This is our turn-around time, the time that it takes to make each gift box. This does not include shipping. 

Can I get my gift box delivered on a specific date?

If you would like your gift box delivered on a special day please let us know in the ‘note box’ when you place your order.  Shipping takes 3-5 days. Although we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date we will do our very best to make sure that it is as close to your chosen date as possible. We will also put a ‘Do not open until…!’ sticker on the box to make sure your gift isn’t opened early!

Will you make custom boxes for my team/clients?

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Paypal
We accept payment by credit card (Master card or Visa) via our PayPal and you do not need a Paypal account to use it.

Direct Deposit (NZ Only) - payment can be made via online bank transfer into our account. Please note this reference when checking out. If choosing this option payment must be received in full within 3 days of placing your order. Our bank details will be provided upon checkout and in your order confirmation.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your information. If you sign up to receive newsletters, we will email you periodically with new product announcements, sales and specials. If you do not want to receive these newsletters, simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your email.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your gift box does get damaged in transit, please contact us within one week, from delivery date and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal or higher value.

If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be photographed to indicate any damaged goods.

No Refund

Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thoughtfulgifting.co.nz

Gifts
If the item was sent to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. The gift giver will not be notified. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was sent to the gift giver who later gave the gift to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, email hello@thoughtfulgifting.co.nz for the most suitable address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
